I have served in the Israeli army- The IDF for 4 years and I have been released as a staff sergeant.

I have commanded over many soldiers and I have a great understanding of human relationships, interactions behaviour and hierarchy, especially in a form of a military. I have taken a course in human relations and advice and I have read many books on the subject. 
I can help with advice about the army and about human relations in general. I can give information about the army experience about questions you have about the Military, recruiting and solve problems you are having in your service.
